Now they ae talking about Iran being only one of four countries that has an indigenous air defense technology. For decades, we have been told Iran has no air defense. I am no longer sure what to believe!

Comments: Trump is ready, and begging for talks. On the other side, I think Iran has the ability to put more pressure on Trump and the Persian Gulf states/Israel in order to bring Trump to the table ready for bigger consents. But I think IRI has decided that this is not what it wants to do. Rather, Iran is aiming for a much longer time. An evidence for this is the very controlled expenditure of their missiles and drones. Israel, daily gets hit by exactly 10 missiles and a number of drones. On days that it wants to retaliate for a big thing, they expend exactly 20 missiles on that day. MIT professor Postol studies this from data that I am sure he is getting from Pentagon (he is an advisor for them). He had a plot for this that showed an amazing consistency and plan. So, I think IRI's thinking is that the longer this goes on and the closer this gets to midterm US elections, they can squeeze a much bigger package from the orange stain. So, I do not think this conflict will end for at least another two-three months. May be even six months. So, in terms of pain for politicians, this is only a mostly one-way street.
