Comments: As far as the deal, Iran sent a final proposal that seems reasonable to EU and the rest. I’m not sure what is in the final draft but based on the rumors, it will free up some funds, some sanctions are lifted and Iran can sell oil freely for a while. There are two major issues that can’t be resolved. 1st is Israel’s opposition and 2nd the guarantee that it will not be canceled by US. US is trying to give Israel some sort of assurance that it is as good of a deal as anyone can expect. Iran is also done it’s calculations and believe it can help them for at least 2 years. Main opposition to the deal are Israel, Republicans and Iranian hardliners with tie with Sepah. One can only wonder how it would have gone if Trump was not the president. After 7 years of the deal, if not canceled, we could have evaluate the results but now we can only imagine…
