TEHRAN (Tasnim) – Iran discovered its opponents at the first edition of CAFA (Central Asian Football Association) Senior Championship.The competition will bring seven teams together in two countries, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, from June 10 to 20. Iran is in Group B along with Kyrgyzstan and Afghanistan, while Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Oman are in Group A. The teams drawn in group B will play their matches on June 10, 13 and 16. Group A matches will be held on June 11, 14 and 17. The final match and the match for the third place will be played on June 20 in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan.

Comments: No one has ever gotten elected as a write in anywhere in the world. That too is a scam, IMO. The process prior to voting that eliminates all the good candidates needs to be gutted.
Comments: Look at Iran. We ask why nothing changed in 40+ years. No one with different views could be elected since they are disqualified based on having other views. At least here they let voters pick a random person as a write in. I wonder what would happen if IRI allowed that! Either way, they would not count it.

I think I have mentioned this before that a social science study of governments around the world (especially, including the west) concluded that no leader of any country is actually qualified for the position they are in based on their psychoanalysis. They concluded that none wanted the job because they were actually interested in serving the people or the society. It was primarily for self-serving reasons ranging from ego to financial benefits. Not only they concluded that none of these guys are qualified but also made recommendations as to who should qualify. They recommended that people who has no desire in the role, or even despise the role, are the best qualified to run the country. So, this whole business of self nomination fundamentally violates the principles of democracy, invariably. This was true, for those who end up being obvious cases of dictatorships or more subtle forms of it in the shape of self-declared democracies.
Comments: Politics could drive one mad! Either be here or anywhere else (Iran). Who can lead a country is such an interesting issue. On one hand we have a country such as USA. Just about anyone could the leader of the country (president, senator, ...). The only qualification for president is to be a US born citizen and I believe over a certain age. What would disqualify anyone from millions of jobs in USA are not part of the qualification. On the other hand, in Iran, the only qualification is to be fully in line with the Islamic rules and loving the rahbar. In all reality, on both sides, the people running the country have no actual qualification to run the country. No educational requirements, no experience is required. I don't believe any of these people would get any job other than government!!!

State media said authorities had arrested a suspect at the scene and were investigating who ordered the killing. A motive wasn’t disclosed. The assassin was a security guard at the bank who appeared to have acted spontaneously and not as part of a terrorist plan, local Gov. Mahmoud Hosseinipour told state TV. Mr. Soleimani was a member of the Assembly of Experts, a deliberative body empowered to appoint the supreme leader of Iran. Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei either directly appoints or vets the assembly’s membership.

Comments: Realist, dream on، will never happen. I mentioned already people for independence of Iran should be behind the government. Hejab is an Islamic rule and we have Islamic country and people must obey. And as long as evil Israel and USA exist, Islamic republic will exist and prevail. آقا رشتی اینا نمیفهمن ما چقدر قوی هستیم . واقعایک سری ساده و در خیالات هستند. از همه نظرها مخصوصا تکنولوژی و نظامی از بقیه کشورهای منطقه جلو تریم. حتی آزادی زنان. فقط یه مقایسه کنید با زنان طالبان و عربستان وهابی. آقای خاتمی قشنگ خیال همه را راحت کرد. |
