Comments: Not sure if the link works League name: IFP_Fantasy League code: O5NE5WUG You need to register and then pick your team. For those who are new to fantasy games I give a brief introduction. You get a fixed budget and get to chose 15 players within the budget in all positions. You can not choose more than 3 players from any team. For example, Azmoun is the most expensive forward at 12.5, even more expensive than Taremi and Son. Then you choose 11 starters and a captain for each match day and based on the way they perform in the match you get points. They also have a prediction game but not sure if I can create a league for it!

Comments: Sad news about Beckenbauer indeed. I once met him on a football field, many, many years ago. I was a teenager and in the Orange County All-Star Football team. We were playing against the all-star team of New York, on the same day that the NY football team Galaxy (if I remember correctly), was playing a local team. As you may recall, early on and before MLS, they tried to bring Football into this country and as always they signed up a lot of big names including Beckenbauer and Pele to name a couple. Anyway, I saw them practice before the game. Beckenbaur was running all over the place and working up a great seat. But here is what I remember the most..., despite all that running, he was not breathing hard at all, it was very normal breathing after running fast several times around the field, just like the rest of us standing around. This spoke highly of his conditioning. This still amazes me to this day. RIP, Beckenbauer.
