It's the economy that moves the market. Wait for AVGO to make another push higher in a couple of weeks. Their report was pretty solid, showing their move from their traditional networking stuff to more AI and Cloud (VMWARE). This drop was just a profit taking after the earning release.

Comments: Good morning doostan. Agha Faramarz I am not sure either. May be they have been used to huge expansions and this is now more of a pride thing! But to be honest, as far as instability in the market, I am more worried about Biden than China. China is what it is and I am not too worried about it crashing. But Biden, right now is pumping everything up for elections. All sectors are up across the board. Come closer to election, or at the latest after the elections, they are going to have to pull the plug and then things will come down crashing. These levels cannot be sustains. Take a look at AVGO. They have gone up insanely. Their report came out yesterday and it was great. Still they are down now because nothing can match the levels that many companies are right now. I am worried about this.

Comments: SMCI pre market is above 1,200. I’m out. 65% gain in less than a month seems too good to be true but it is. China’s numbers are not bad on paper but they might not tell the whole story. The issue seems to be the housing/construction sector. Too much money was given to them to pump up the economy. It’s hard to tell what is the real story as China being China! US will be affected by what happens in China more than it did with Europe or Japan in the past.
