Comments: Other than the obvious issues with foreign powers taking advantage of this volubility of the shahollAhis, such as them serving as spies who ultimately serve foreign governments to pave the worst path for people of Iran, there are other less obvious collateral damage that in my opinion is much worse than the obvious harm. Take for example the uprising that followed Jina's death. While that movement started with a whole lot of legitimacy, as time went by, and shahollAhies and a few other fake self declared leaders bullied their way into self-declared leadership of the movement, gradually, they eroded the legitimacy of the movement. And participation faded in time. Many, right now, are left disillusioned and probably would not go back on the streets, here or there, because of the lack of a legitimate leader. What is worse is that the same old illegitimate leaders of the opposition are still left to harm future movements.

Comments: Zinsky jAn, my opinion is that the monarchists (not all but most of them) have become de facto power hungry group. It has become irrelevant why they want a regime change. They just want it changed in their favor. What that would mean for the people is secondary or even tertiary. For many it is nonexistent. When you ask how the regime will be if shah came in, they refer to 50-60 years ago-some times even to Reza shah's era! It is clear that they have no plan for the future past regime change. It is exactly the same story that happened nearly 50 years ago. They just want to be in power. In this thirst for power, they reach for any evil that they perceive can help them. Simple matter of goals over morality. So, all powers in the world, including Israel seem this, and so, they become an easy target to exploit. Right now, the monarchists are being taken for a ride by Israel. Before that it was Trump. After they lose hope from Israel, there may yet be Trump again. Like a bird that sits on any branch-to avoid a more colorful metafor.
