Comments: Salam doostan. Still jet lagged but I am happy to say that we sorted out our exit strategy. We will fly out of Ankara. Changing business class tickets cost us nothing. Staff in Lufthansa office in Tehran are great and know their stuff. Very helpful. We will go to Ankara by train which is what I have always wanted to do. Will pass through Faramarz's city. Changed plans to stay there a few days. Looking forward to it and happy to not have to worry about the flights any more. Family is finally a bit less tense and are starting to enjoy their trip. There is even talk of extending the stay now.

Comments: Iran is reporting that several long-range cruise missiles have been launched against Israel. These will be intercepted by the patriot missiles. I think this is more of a joint military exercise than anything else. :) If they really wanted to attack, they would lunch thousands of drones and HezbollAh would do the same from the other side. Iron dome would become an Abkesh. Great damage would come to Israel. But then Israel and US would retaliate and that is something that Iran's government wants to stay away from.
