Comments: I don’t know how exact these are but take it as is. According to source, the current estimate for the number of political prisoners in Iran is close to 1,100. However, last year, authorities announced the release of nearly 20,000 individuals who had been detained for political reasons and in relation to protests following the murder of Mahsa/Jina Amini.

Comments: That is a stunning stats of Israeli prisons Zinsky. 80 female prisoners. Do you have the stats for Iran prisons? Like how many female. Or how many political prisoners? And also minors? 🙏
Comments: Zinsky and rashti you both nailed it again. Islamic Republic is basically against the benefit of own people. I could not have said it best. "The system is designed to help the top 1% because they are part of it. The rest, no one cares for."

Comments: Faramarz, I suppose the whole state is not Manhattan. NY has lots of poor areas. DC, on the other hand, changed a lot in the past 20+ years. They basically kicked out most of the poor and built luxury apartments to attract more influential crowds. I’m not sure about NJ. It seems lots of NY upper middle class moved to NJ.

Comments: Yes the 1% is happy. But we have to go with the voice of people on the street
Comments: Good morning everyone. Zinsky, interesting data. Very surprised to see DC and NJ to top that table. I wonder if this is related to DC having so many politicians there. I would have guessed NY to be ahead of NJ. This is a surprise!
