Comments: Evil USA, only country rejecting recognition of Palestinian state in the UN and now this: Behind the closed doors, G7 countries give green light to Israel to finish the job in Gaza after Israel agrees to not escalate conflict with Iran. It is not clear if the intent is for Israel to annex Gaza.
Comments: I think after all this hoopla about nothing, the one thing that Israel's miscalculation did is that the taboo of attacking Israel is gone. Is Scott Ritter's assessment that 5 of 7 rockets fired at the airbase actually hit their targets correct? If so, we will see a much more cautious Israel from now on. No more I'll do whatever I want and no one can touch me.

Comments: If you watch the news and read various articles and chats/comments, you can tell many are disappointed that this didn’t go farther. It’s, unfortunately, very true among Iranians. They were hoping for a full blown war.

Comments: I watched the Ritter commentary and I thought it was the best military and political analysis of the situation. He had some predictions that came true amazingly accurately, in particular about how Israel might retaliate and what Iran might actually do after.
