Comments: I completely disagree with exercise as a way to keep healthy. In fact i say it's bad for you. My theory is very simple. You are born with a big do-loop in your system that goes from 1 to n with n being the maximum number of breath you are allocated at birth. So if you exercise you will go through this loop much faster and finish the loop sooner than the ones that do not exercise.
Comments: Exercise may be the single most potent medical intervention ever known. Its benefits in prevention outstrip any known drugs: 50% reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease, 50% reduction in the risk of many cancers, positive effects on mental health, pulmonary health, GI health, bone health, muscle function. You name it. Exercise helps. In fact, the ability to exercise over long distances was likely key to our evolution as a species because the availability of densely caloric foods due to persistence hunting allowed our energy-avid brains to enlarge. Comments: بچه که بودم آرزو داشتم خیلی پولدار شوم! و اولین چیزی هم که میخواستم بخرم یک یخچال برای "ننهنخودی" بود. ننهنخودی پیرزنِ تنهای محل ما بود که هیچوقت بچهدار نشده بود. میگفتند جوان که بود شاداب و سرحال بود و برای بقیه نخود میریخته و فال میگرفته. پیر که شد، دیگر نخود برای کسی نریخته ؛ اما "نخودی" مانده بود تهِ اسمش. زمستان و تابستان آبیخ میخورد، ولی یخچال نداشت. ننه ، شبها راه میافتاد میآمد درِ خانهی ما را میزد و یک قالب بزرگ یخ میگرفت. توی جایخیِ یخچالمان، یک کاسه داشتیم که اسمش "کاسهی ننهنخودی" بود. ننه با خانهی ما ندار بود. درِ خانه اگر باز بود بیدر زدن میآمد تو ، و اگر سرِ شام بودیم یک بشقاب هم میآوردیم برای او. با بابا رفیق بود! برایش شالگردن و جوراب پشمی میبافت و باهاش که حرف میزد توی هر جمله یک "پسرم" میگفت. یک شبِ تابستان که مهمان داشتیم و توی حیاط جمع بودیم ؛ ننه، پرده را کنار زد و آمد تو. بچهی فامیل که از ورود یکبارهی یک پیرزن کوچولوی موحنایی ترسیده بود ، جیغ زد و گریه کرد. ننه به بچه آبنبات داد. نگرفت، بیشتر جیغ زد. بچه را آرام کردیم و کاسهی ننه نخودی را از توی جایخی آوردیم. بابا وقتی قالب یخ را میانداخت توی زنبیل ننه، آرام گفت: "ننه! از این بهبعد در بزن!" ننه، مکث کرد. به بابا نگاه کرد؛ به ما نگاه کرد و بعد بیحرف رفت. و بعد از آن، دیگر پیِ یخ نیامد. کاسهی ننهنخودی ماند توی جایخی و روی یخش، یک لایه برفک نشست. یک شب، کاسه را برداشتیم و با بابا رفتیم درِ خانهی ننه. در را باز کرد. به بابا نگاه کرد. گفت: "دیگه آبِ یخ نمیخورم، پسرم!" قهر نکرده بود؛ ولی نگاهش به بابا غریبه شده بود. شبیه مادری شده بود که بچههایش بیهوا برده باشندش خانه سالمندان. او توی خانهی ما کاسه داشت، بشقاب داشت و یک "پسر". یک در ، یک درِ آهنی ناقابل ، یک در نزدن و حرف پدر ننه را پرت کرد به دنیای خودش و این واقعیت تلخ را یادش آورده بود که "پسرش" پسرش نبوده! ننهنخودی یک روز داغ تابستان مُرد. توی تشییعجنازهاش کاسهی یخ ننه را انداختیم توی کلمن و بابا قدِ یک پسرِ مادرمرده اشک ریخت و مدام آب یخ خورد. یک حرف، یک عکس العمل، یک نگاه،... چقدر آثاربه همراه دارد.... کاسه یخ ؛ انگار بهانه ی عشق و مهربانی بود .. خدا میدونه کاسه یخ هر کدوم از ما کی؟ کجا؟ در یخچال دل چه کسانی ؟ هزار بار برفک گرفت و شکست و پرت شد و دیده نشد !

Nearly half of the athletes selected for the 2024 Refugee Olympic Team hail from Iran, as announced by the president of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) during the unveiling of the team lineup for the upcoming Paris Olympics.
