I was looking at the picture of RP that Rashti posted and I can't help but conclude that this guy is really not a politician and cannot think past his nose! What a bad move this was for so many reasons:

1. His own father had already started standing up to Israel. He was dismissed and almost given back to the revolutionaries to be dragged on the streets because of it. Is there any sense of pride?

2. It has been so obvious to everyone around the world that Israel is killing innocent people fro occupation of land. It has become an vastly unpopular regime. If you do not want to go against them, at least stand on the sidelines. This image is so damning.

3. Your own people to whom you claim leadership are overwhelmingly against Israel. Why give IRI the weapon that you are a zionist? Why ignore the majority's opinion?

Such bad judgement and no foresight!

Dozens of students walked out of Duke University’s commencement ceremony on Sunday as some chanted “free Palestine” to protest its guest speaker, the comedian Jerry Seinfeld, who has supported Israel throughout the war in Gaza.

Figures in robes and caps, some waving Palestinian flags, filed out of crowds of graduates assembled on the grass in the North Carolina university’s football stadium.

Several attendees also left the viewing stands, including a person wearing a keffiyeh, which can be an emblem of solidarity with the Palestinian cause.

Others shouted “Jerry! Jerry!” as the actor received an honorary degree, and Seinfeld delivered his speech without major interruptions.

As I have said a million times, these public agreements are for show. The real deals are never revealed to public. All this shol kon, seft kon games are part of the deal we are not aware of! As of today, the rest of the world is happy with IRI in charge of Iran. They don’t care for internal issues. They only need a group in charge that plays balls with them.

After the head of the United Nation’s atomic watchdog agency warned that Iran has enough uranium to produce "several" nuclear bombs, a firebrand Iranian lawmaker declared on Friday that the Islamic Republic of Iran possesses atomic weapons.
"In my opinion, we have achieved nuclear weapons, but we do not announce it. It means our policy is to possess nuclear bombs, but our declared policy is currently within the framework of the JCPOA," Ahmad Bakhshayesh Ardestani told the Iran-based outlet Rouydad 24 on Friday, according to an article published by the independent news organization Iran International in London.
The JCPOA is an abbreviation for the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, the formal name for the Iran nuclear deal. President Trump withdrew the U.S. from the JCPOA in 2018 because, his administration argued, the accord did not stop Iran’s drive to build atomic weapons.
