Comments: باز اکابر بیکار شد.
Comments: For those of you who might be interested, as someone here put it, the grand shit show of all is going on right now.

Comments: doostan when u go to iran if u have different first and last names in your american and iranian passports how do you show that on your airline ticket. i called a bunch of travel agencies and they all say something different. all say only they know how to do it. is this true?
Comments: If Pezeshkian is elected (I don’t think he will), we go from a president with no high school diploma to a MD! Not that it will do us any good but at least we will be less embarrassed about it!!!
Comments: lol we are headed to iran in september and we have that problem. we bought tickets with the name on american passport and have letters from iran's embassy that says we are the same people. this was our solution.
Comments: Funny!!! Throughout Iran’s presidential campaign, in debates, rallies and speeches, a singular presence has hovered: Donald J. Trump. To hear the six candidates tell it, the former president’s victory in the 2024 White House race is a foregone conclusion. The urgent question facing Iranian voters as they go to the polls on Friday, they say, is who is best suited to deal with him. They hardly ever mention President Biden, and they never bring up the many polls suggesting that the American election will be extremely close. Instead, Mr. Trump’s name is invoked again and again. “Wait and you will see what will happen when Trump comes,” one candidate, the cleric Mostafa Pourmohammadi, said during a recent televised debate. “We have to get ready for negotiations.” Another candidate, Alireza Zakani, Tehran’s mayor, accused his rivals at a debate of having “Trump-phobia,” insisting that only he could manage him.

Comments: Group A - Only Iran and NK have qualified for the WC before. QAT only got in by being the host. Group B - Only Korea and Iraq have qualified before. Group C - JAP, AUS, KSA and China have qualified before So Group C has only 2 'virgins' but the other groups have many trying to lose their virginity
Comments: Yes Faramarz I knew Iran will be in Group A the minute Kia drew DPRK in that group ![]() Overall good draw for Iran as far as chances of direct qualification. Maybe boring for some fans as we avoided the 'big' teams. I think Iran should easily top the group. The real battle is for 2nd place between QAT, UZB, UAE and even NK since they have been doing well in youth ranks in the past 5 years. Also, I am very glad to have UZB in our group which means we won't get any corrupt UZB refs for our matches. We don't have to travel much and only one long distance charter to NK, that's a big plus for Team Melli. Obviously Group C is complicated but don't count out China, BAH or even INA yet. And Koreans better learn Arabic since they will need it and qualification will not be cake walk for them ![]() https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXaV_JNMfio&t=428s&ab_channel=AFCAsianCup
Comments: I know it could be a problem with names not matching the passport. I’m not sure how to go about it.
Comments: lol, I have not been, recently, but I believe you may have to enter both names on the ticket. May be others who have gone to Iran recently have more experience.

Comments: About that instagram video, unfortunately, it is very true. I have in my group now a neurosurgeon (husband of one of my PhD students) has come here on an F2 visa, and is happy to be a lab tech anywhere. A neurosurgeon. Massive brain drain.
