We have been having San Diego weather here for the past few weeks and seems it will remain the same for another couple of weeks. No complains about 70 degree days and 60s at night but no rain is getting under my skin.

A relative of a friend of mine burned to death in a tesla. It's battery bought fire and the car locked itself so he could not get out. Very sad. He was in his twenties.

The first win is in the bag and that's the good news. Bad news is Iran did not play well due to a lot things, bad starting line up, the pitch and the form of the players.

I said it before that the qualification process is not as easy at looks and we saw today what happened to AUS, KOR KSA and QAT. They got surprised!

The next match on Tuesday is even trickier since UAE has naturalized 4 international players and is much better than the one Iran faced in the AC earlier this year.

I think GN did not start with his ideal line up on purpose. My guess is he will start the line up that ended the match today with inclusion of Azmoun and Gholizadeh.

Best players today were Noorafkan and Beiranvand. The rest under performed. I am still puzzled why he did not invite Rezaian [rolleyes]

That was a disaster as far as TM goes. The only positive was winning the game on a goal that was lucky and possibly offside! I’m sure there are who still believe CQ was the worst coach we have had! GN needs to go.
