From the bits that I saw, there was no policy discussed either. It was just rhetoric. Trump kept saying that immigrants are criminal and are destroying this country. He even mentioned some building specifically that they are destroying. :) And Harris just was poking at his policy without either saying what their policies were. Even in last election they were getting into for example some details about where the money was going to flow. But now, no mention of that. Just that my plan is going to do this and that without saying how. It was like coordinated between the two. Both were doing that. I was very glad that I did not watch the shitshow. It is an insult to humanity! Too bad americans do not recognize that on either side.

Didn’t watch the debate. It seems Kamala won the debate. I don’t really know what that means. Is there a winning in debates? They don’t answer the questions nor they have any serious policy ideas. Just trying to make themselves look good and the other side look bad! I don’t blame them. Americans don’t follow or understand issues. They just want to see a fight. It used to be that the nice guy would win. These days it’s all about the nastier one gets the attention. Shit show for sure!

This was a shitshow day. From 4 to 6 you could have watched a really shitty game USA-New Zealand and then the debate and all its follow ups. I think the highlight of the day among all soccer and politics was that I heard Trump sad people are eating dogs in Ohio.

The few clips that I saw from the debate were the worst I have seen ever. It was like the two candidates were in different debates. None of the answers were addressing the questions or the claims. They were all reciting stuff they have memorized regardless of what the question was. And what they said it was all empty shoAr. No data was provided to back the statements!

Did u guys see the wales montenegro game? it was probably the most exciting game of the week. in heavy rain wales scored two goals and montenegro hit the bar from half line all in the first 2 minutes!

Good evening to my friends. I watched the full game on the link that I think Zinsky posted. It wasn't a great game but we did have chances. This could have had 3 or 4 goals for us. Taremi and Sardar still work well together. They each set the other up with a great chance. But they were both wasted. Sardar is in much better shape but seems like he does not have the focus to score like he used to. May be he is so desperate to score again that gets nervous.

Another matchday and another 1-0 win for Iran. It's like GN trying to copy CQ  and go for clean sheets and minimum scoring now [biggrin]
As Predicted his starting line up was the one that finished the first match, no Hazbavi,  Yousefi in defense and JB starting instead of Gholi. Azmoun started on the bench and came in as a super sub after 60 minutes.
Iran could have won 3-0 with more luck and more accuracy from the players.  Overall a much better performance than the previous game. I still hate GN or whoever is the coach for playing left/right footed players in the wrong side, I just don't get it.
Next up is UZB away in mid October if Iran can get a win in that match you can book your travel for USA,  Mexico or Canada to watch them!
