Comments: Next step for Brazil is Ukraine. I think the final will be Brazil vs Argentina.
Comments: Saman joins Al Kalba club in the UAE. JB still without a club.

Comments: Shame about Iran getting so unlucky against morocco. iran hit the post three times and missed a PK. iran - brazil would have been a much better game. morocco just parks the bus
Comments: Morocco turned out to be as good of a team as we all expected. They are losing to Brazil but fighting as hard as any teams so far. The game is almost finished and the result so far is 3-1 Brazil. The 2nd half result is 1-1. If game ends with 3-1 result, it’s the closest margin for any team playing Brazil in this tournament.
Comments: I have said this before and say it again. International diplomacy is a complicated process. It’s way above my head. Nothing is what it seems. There are no real friends or enemies. It’s all about a moment in time. One thing I can say is that trusting America and making a deal with them is very dangerous. They have proven not to be a friend of anyone other than their interests. For the time being, Iran is playing with fire on all sides. The government is only interested in their survival. Average citizens are not part of the formula.

Comments: Interesting theory Mashti!
Comments: Zinsky, Rashti, and Mashti, all I can offer in terms of support for your theory of cooperation is that every time something is about to go down, telegram and whatsapp get filtered pretty aggressively. I call my relatives and friends using these platforms on a weekly basis. But for the last few days (since Thursday) I have had a hell of a time contacting them for a vAjeb call. Before Thursday it was okay and today it has been great again. So, maybe they knew what was going to come down.
Comments: Rashti and Mashti, eloquently put. I loved it.
Comments: Getting lots of massages indicating that Iran sold the leader of hezbolah to highest bidder. He was apparently told that his days are numbered by his friends. I can’t confirm any of this but wouldn’t surprise me.
Comments: Faramarz, The whole point was f proxy war is to avoid direct engagement. America does that everywhere. They have troops, weapons and military bases around the world to train locals to fight in behalf of them. Iran has done this in Middle East and Northern Africa. That might be one reason Iran has not been in a direct war since Iraq/Iran war. The problem is that just like America, they might have to take direct action. And just like America, it will never end up pretty. So far Iran has kept their cool and dismissed all the calls for direct engagement. I hope they can keep it longer to avoid devastation inside Iran. Many Iranians are pushing Iran to react or even over-react. They still believe war might be the answer to better future.
Comments: Virginia FAA contractor allegedly spied for Iran, shared private info on US airports, energy industry
Comments: I don't know why US government keeps saying they are working on deescalation... after so many months of saying that and nothing coming true it is obvious to everyone in the world that the us is not in charge and has no intention of deescalating why do they maintain this. it only makes them look incompetent
