Morgan, who records music under her rapper name “Razzlekhan,” was handed a modest year-and-a-half sentence in part because she was not involved in the theft itself, and only became aware of the source of the stolen funds in early 2020. Before Lichtenstein informed her of the hack, however, Morgan “participated with Lichtenstein in efforts to conceal and obscure the source of the funds while knowing and understanding that the funds were the result of some unspecified unlawful and fraudulent activity,” prosecutors wrote in a sentencing memorandum.

Reformist media and politicians have extensively criticized the new hijab law, spearheaded by lawmakers of the Paydari (Steadfastness) Party and their allies in the parliament, notably the Jebhe-ye Sobh-e Iran (MASAF) that was established less than a year ago. Ultra-hardliners of the Parliament have the backing of the Constitutional Guardian Council whose approval is required for all legislation.
Comments: Trump and company have done this a million times and will try it again. There are rules/laws that are understood. It means everyone knows what they are and follow them without question. Example, don’t walk around naked in White House. Don’t shit in the middle of Oval Office. Trump doesn’t believe in rules/laws that are not 100% bulletproof. If there is a possibility to go over the rules/laws, he will try it. I can see lawyers going nuts about this regarding the 3rd term and what it meant. Comments: In Iran the law is, not more than two consecutive terms but you can be elected for third or 4th term as long as it is not consecutive. Here in the US it happened after WWII. Presidential terms were limited to two terms by the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution which was ratified in 1951. This amendment was passed in response to President Franklin D. Roosevelt's unprecedented four terms in office (1933-1945). In a survey US voters do like to see a performing president like FDR, or William Clinton to become president for the third time. But all agree it should not be consecutive.
