به گزارش خبرنگار مهر، تیم‌های ملی فوتبال ایران و کره شمالی، امروز پنجشنبه ۲۴ آبان از ساعت ۱۵:۳۰، در دور پنجم از مرحله سوم رقابت‌های انتخابی جام جهانی ۲۰۲۶ در ورزشگاه ملی «لائوس» و با قضاوت «سعدالله گلمرادی» به مصاف هم رفتند که این بازی با نتیجه ۳ بر ۲ به سود ایران به پایان رسید.
گل‌های ایران در این دیدار را مهدی قایدی (۲۹) و محمد محبی (۴۲، ۴۵) به ثمر رساندند که هر ۳ گل با پاس مهدی طارمی به ثمر رسید. گل‌های کره شمالی هم به وسیله گل به خودی مهدی طارمی (۵۷) و کیم (۵۹) به ثمر رسید.
این دیدار در شرایطی به پایان رسید که در نیمه اول، ملی پوشان کشورمان عملکرد درخشانی از خود به نمایش گذاشتند و با نتیجه ۳ بر صفر به برتری رسیدند اما در آغاز نیمه دوم، اشتباه مهلک شجاع خلیل زاده و اخراج او موجب شد شرایط بازی متفاوت شود و تیم کره شمالی ۲ گل به ثمر برساند اما در نهایت بازی با برتری ایران به پایان رسید.
