Thanks to all my friends on this board for your thoughtful and kind comments. Your stories are hard to read, and I wish you all getting over this as soon as it is possible.

Agha Farid, you have a good grasp of what we are going through now, and you are right that this could have gone wrong so many ways. Maghsoud Khan's story is more sad than mine or Faramarz's. His mom and my dad apparently decided to break their femur bone at exactly the same time.  It looks like we are all going through these events at the same time., I suppose at our age and our parents' age, this is expected.

I am visiting my father at the "skilled-nursing" home every day, between my meetings or at the end of the day. The more I go there, the more they pay attention to him. He says when I am not there, they barely show up. out medical care situation is very dismal, unfortunately, even though this place charges the insurance company $257 a day!

Shahryar jAn, here is your sentence edited to describe my situation:

My mother fell down 3 weeks ago and broke her femur bone, next to the hip. We had to have emergency surgery connecting the bones with titanium rods; it looks very painful. She is in rehab now with lots of physical therapy.

So, there may be something in the air! Exactly the same scenario!

What Farid said is right on the money. We got that speech from the surgeon as well. My mom is in intensive physical therapy now. They are releasing her on Friday. I will keep you posted of how that goes. She is very scared of walking by herself and we are very scared of her being at home by herself. We'll see how that goes.

Farid, you pass the board exam. :)

Shahryar jAn, I know exactly what you are going through. KhodA behet sabr bede.

Agha Shahryar my best wishes for you and your mom. We have been taking care of my wife's parents until recently her mom had a fall and also broke her femur head. She was suffering from advanced alzheimer and so did not survive the operation.

I am really glad that it went well for your father. I know how much effort it takes to care for elders. I have been doing it for years now. All the world's power and patience to you my friend.

Most, if not all, nuclear powers won’t talk to IAEA. Israel doesn’t even acknowledge having nuclear weapons.
There is no indication that a part of Iran’s Parchin military complex that Israel hit in an air attack last month was a nuclear facility or had nuclear material present, UN atomic watchdog chief Rafael Grossi said on Wednesday.
He was responding to a journalist’s question about Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s comment in a speech on Monday that Israel had struck “a specific component in their nuclear program.”
Grossi welcomed Iran’s “concrete step” on agreeing to cap its stockpile of highly enriched uranium after Tehran implemented preparatory steps to stop adding to its inventory.
“I think this is ... a concrete step in the right direction – we have a fact which has been verified by us,” Grossi told reporters in Vienna.
“I attach importance to the fact that for the first time... since the distancing of Iran from its past obligations, they are taking a different direction,” he said.
But he said he could “not exclude” that Iran’s commitment might falter “as a result of further developments.”
The comments by Grossi came after Western powers submitted a resolution censuring Iran for its poor cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to its board meeting.
Earlier Wednesday, Grossi said “a lot” of work still needed to be done, while urging countries to “avoid unnecessary escalations, in particular, in a region that has suffered too much.”
Last week, Grossi travelled to Tehran for talks with President Masoud Pezeshkian and other top officials.
During the meeting, Iran agreed to freeze its sensitive stock of near weapons-grade uranium enriched up to 60 percent.
According to the IAEA, Tehran is the only non-nuclear weapon state to enrich uranium to 60 percent, a short step from the 90 percent level needed for atomic weapons.
Iran has always denied seeking a nuclear weapon.
Tensions between Iran and the agency have repeatedly flared since a 2015 deal curbing Tehran’s nuclear program in exchange for sanctions relief fell apart.
In recent years, Tehran has decreased its cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) by ramping up its nuclear activities, deactivating surveillance devices to monitor the nuclear program and barring UN inspectors.

All I can say is that either the two opposing coaches were really, really good (didn’t seem that way for 45 minutes) or something is way off in our team.
I actually watched both games fully, which is not what I can do most of the time. I’m no expert but it seemed like the team only needed a small shock to fall apart.
That might be the main issue. They do well with weaker teams but one mistake and they can’t regroup.
That is surely a problem with the coaching staff. Professional players should not be shaken so easily but they do in our case. The TEAM is not a team yet.

On coaching style and responsibilities, I don’t understand how a team can go from scoring 2 or 3 goals, dominate the game by 65-70+%, almost no threat to their goal during the 1st half and come out as if they are a new team. There were no substitution during the half. The other coaches didn’t make any changes either.
For two games, TM went into locker room with full confidence and came out as if they were given some sort of a drug to sleep walk!
