Comments: Why did Trudeau resign? Was it something like vote of no confidence or his party as a whole went south?
Comments: May be when trump instability takes full effect?
Comments: Zinsky I have the same feeling but may be for later in the yeat...may be Q2...

Comments: Faramarz, I’m worried about the stock market in general. I think we will have a correction in the 1st quarter of 2025. Some stocks are going to do well but most will correct. I’m selling the remaining shares I have today. Don’t want to be too greedy. I’m over 100% on the stock in 2-3 weeks.
Comments: RGTI up 12%, IONQ up 8%, and my favorite, SMCI up 10%. With RGTI, Zinsky, I did what you suggested and so I do not have a lot left. But man its run has been amazing. When do u think will stop?
Comments: Yeah Zinsky, I would love to have someone like you. But the trouble is that I get all these other guys who can barely manage one job but are holding two or three. I have let go of so many people like this in the last few years.
Comments: Faramarz, Doing enough is a talent not everyone has 🤣🤭🤪

Comments: Zinsky jAn, all that is good as long as it does not affect your job and performance. I have people who do god knows what on the side (may be s simple as Uber). Problem shows up when they show up late (noon) or do not show up to work at all because they worked late the night before without any communication. The whole team suffers then. At least in my line of work side jobs always show their ugly tail during their full time job and that is an issue for me.
Comments: We all need a “ side hustle”! Stock trading is the most common side hustle. I have done day trading since early 2000s. There are bigger side hustles and I have done few of those as well. As long as your regular job is not affected, why not?!? The other trade I have learned to deploy is about emails. I realized a long time ago that 2/3 or possibly more emails are just that. People like to write emails to make themselves look important. Worse are the ones who cc everyone they know! If email is not directed to you, ignore. Even if it is directed to you, don’t panic. If really important, they will call/email you again if you ignore the 1st email. My problem has always been that I like and can get things done using as many shortcuts as possible. We are not here to bust our ass for the boss and the corporate world. Only do what you get paid for. One reason I never wanted to go into medical profession. People’s lives are in question. In my line of work, mistakes don’t kill anyone. You get bad communication! Deal with it 🤣🤪🤭

Comments: Zinsky :) This one pisses me off the most: "They cheat on their job with a side hustle." If you have this, I need to talk to your boss.
Comments: Portuguese Jose Vitor dos Santos Peseiro has reportedly been shortlisted to take charge of Iran’s Persepolis football team. Peseiro, 64, has most recently worked as head coach of Nigeria's national football team. He was assistant of Carlos Queiroz in Real Madrid in the 2003/04 season. Persepolis has parted company with Spanish coach Juan Carlos Garrido in late December and is negotiating with the coaches for the vacant seat. The Reds have also been linked with former Croatia coach Slaven Bilic, ex-Dortmund trainer Edin Terzic, former Bayern Munich head coach Niko Kovac, ex-Real Madrid coach Rafael Benitez and Foolad coach Yahya Golmohammadi.
Comments: “Every one of those characteristics pisses me off.” 🤪 I have multiple of those characteristics. We couldn’t work with each other!!!

Comments: JAMAICA, Queens (WABC) -- An active investigation is underway Thursday as police work to track down three to four men who shot at a crowd of people in Queens, leaving 10 teenagers injured. It happened outside of the Amazura nightclub on 144th Place around 11:30 p.m. A private event was taking place at the space with about 90 people inside when bullets started flying. Eyewitness News has learned the gathering was to celebrate the birthday and life of Taearion Mungo, a 16-year-old fatally shot in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, last Oct. 26. He would have turned 17 on Wednesday. Among the panicked crowd were six women and four men between the ages of 16-20 who were injured in the gunfire. All victims were taken to area hospitals for treatment. |
