This is an interesting clip from the refs POV of the recent Blue and Red derby.
What's interesting is how talkative the ref is and he seems to know every player with their name and keeps telling them and his VAR colleagues what is going on in the game.
I am not sure if this is the norm in Iran, I doubt it's in the rest of the world. Anyway this maybe a reason why our players have issues when playing in international games with non-Iranian refs since they are used to this kind of attention from the refs in the PGL [biggrin]
