Comments: I think we live in an ill society. There are many aspects and symptoms of this illness. Take for example the fires currently raging. How quickly have republicans jumped to blame the democrats that run the state to try to score a point for their faction. Democrats on the other hand are playing defense and blaming the republicans for their share of points. None actually care about what is happening to the people. Or how to really help them. Everyone in the factions in the political system are just busy scrambling to take their positions. So, imagine how much they would care if people are dying around the world in other countries as the actions of this country. Then we are surprised that washington does not care about genocide elsewhere.
