Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Georgia., bought between $21,000 and $315,000 worth of stock right before President Donald Trump announced he would temporarily pause sweeping tariffs targeting dozens of specific countries, which led to the stock market jumping in value. The purchases, made public in a federal disclosure on April 11, come as Democrats call for an investigation into whether Trump participated in insider trading.

Comments: Love the rumor mill talking about US embassy in Tehran is being renovated for grand opening in few months. They only started negotiating and US keeps changing their demands. I don’t think we are ready for embassies anytime soon but again, what do I know?
Comments: Honest answer is that Trump is just like rahbar just in charge of a much bigger and powerful country. They act the same. They believe and possibly do have all the power. The deal with Iran is a great example. Both sides need to get final approval from the leaders. It has nothing to do with congress or any other elected official. Trump became Rahbar and using his powers as he pleases. His supporters either don’t see/believe it or actually think it is a good idea.

Did the founding fathers plan for this? —- The federal judge overseeing the case of a man mistakenly deported to El Salvador said she would allow for expedited fact-finding to help her figure out whether the Trump administration is complying with her order that it “facilitate” his return from one of the country’s notorious mega-prisons. “I do need evidence in this regard because to date what the record shows is nothing has been done,” US District Judge Paula Xinis said in a tense hearing Tuesday afternoon in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Comments: I like to see one white guy be picked up for criminal activity and be sent overseas. These type of things only happens to US citizens with brown or black skin! What is wrong with our own prisons? I know why he wants to send them overseas. Here, one has to go through the justice system before put in prison. The new style would arrest them, send them overseas and don’t waste time in the courts! Even when someone was pick up by mistake and sent overseas, all courts including Supreme Court said he should be released and brought back to US, Trump and buddies refused. Basically, he doesn’t listen to anyone, courts are not his problem, even Supreme Court that is filled with his own judges. Democracy is gone. Nothing left. He will run for 3rd term and his buddies will make sure he wins by 75% of the votes.

A civil rights attorney sounded the alarm Monday afternoon, warning the Trump administration is essentially engaged in what he called "human trafficking." Trump publicly said he would like to deport American citizens who are violent offenders to El Salvador, where they would then serve their prison sentences under a deal with the Salvadoran government. Trump made the remarks during a White House meeting with El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele. "We always have to obey the laws, but we also have homegrown criminals that push people into subways, that hit elderly ladies on the back of the head with a baseball bat when they're not looking, that are absolute monsters," Trump told reporters. The idea has been widely challenged by legal experts, including civil rights attorney Scott Hechinger, who took to X on Monday to blast the president. "Pay attention: This is human trafficking. President Trump is already paying to ship humans to El Salvador & now wants to expand his slave trade. US military contractors like Eric Prince are salivating, now negotiating to privatize deportations/imprisonment to make billions," warned Hechinger.
Comments: If a deal is reached, it will be very similar to the other deal that Trump called weak and embarrassing. Hopefully, this time around, the congress approves it so it would be harder to cancel. I say that with a strange smile knowing US can do anything they want these days. No rules or regulations. The main opposition to the deal are Israel, war hungry elected officials, hardliners in Iran and finally the Iranians living abroad and only see their benefits which is to kill Iran from inside and place their own representatives. I was hopeful for the 1st deal and got positive feedback from my family back home about the small changes it made for the short time it lasted. I’m for a deal to normalize the relationship with the world. I believe the more open the relationship, the harder for the regime to pressure its citizens.
