I wonder what is happening with Gaza. Are they using this also as a distraction to level Gaza?

Tabriz is under attack now. Why? It’s unclear

I’m on the phone with family in Tabriz

The end result of this is that IRI is going to strengthen its grip, kill more people, and "ride on people's back" even more. This sort of thing is great for IRI.

This is not going to sit well with people of Tabriz.

The rumor is Israel used the same planning and tactic as Ukraine. They had set up a drone station near tehran with multiple drones simultaneously targeting the IRGC heads. Also the rumor is Azerbaijan allowed Israeli drones to take off from their bases hitting Tabriz and vicinity

Exactly. The question is to what end? What’s to gain from attacking these guys in civilian neighborhoods? If you’re ok with that you also belong to that group of idiots celebrating right now.
Unless there is clear objective to achieve and it’s annunciated, targeted killings in Iran will do very little to deter IR. It will choke iranian citizens in the name of cleansing Israeli spies. More blood of your people will be spilled.

And the people who had nothing to do with them? Are you happy for them too? Will this prevent others from taking their place and ride on people's backs? Nothing has changed for the people of Iran.

As bad as it is, I am not crying for those MFs or their families. They have been living on our back for 45 years, killing many innocent people in the process. So no cry for them or their families 🤷‍♂️

Absolutely. I actually see some celebrating. Unclear why. It is not like IRI left. Just a few hundred innocent people died for the political leaders to save face. Life will continue unchanged for the same political leaders who sacrificed all the innocent people.

The saddest and I mean saddest part are bunch of Iranian who are dick riding Israel and celebrating this unprovoked attack in hopes of their own personal gain.

No wonder Iran will never be a true democracy or a free land. These leaches are willing to sell their soul to the devil for a drop of blood.

Tabriz has been hit hard according to reports.
Natanz facility is also gone as it was hit the hardest. But Ferdo remains untouched.

So, unless more things develop, this was a way of Trump trying to get IRI back to the table, or get out of the failed negotiations without taking the blame for it.

I think a bomb is coming in the coming months. Whether we will know it or not is another matter.

Comments:
I think it is important to see what they did not hit. They did not go after Khamenei. Why? We will have to see how many military sites they hit and what kind they were. Did it degrade Iran's ability to retaliate against Israel or any of the neighbors? Most likely not. Did they degrade Iran's ability to enrich uranium or build a bomb? Probably not. Did this destabilize the regime? definitely not.

Comments:
So, the fact that they chose to hit the military leaders and scientists at their home rather than work says that they also wanted to take out their families. Had any organization or country done this against US, it would have immediately be labeled as terrorists. If this had happened to Israel, they would have been screaming bloody murder for years.

But here we are, the peace loving president calling it "excellent".

Even IRI knew it was coming. This may be an exit strategy from the talks. They did not work and Trump needed an out. IRI healthy as ever, Trump out for now, just a few hundred people died. Not a biggy.

Israel attacks Iran: Israel has launched unprecedented strikes on Iran, targeting its nuclear program and military leaders in an attack that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said will last many days. Israel’s military says it used 200 fighter jets. In retaliation, Iran launched over 100 drones toward Israeli territory, Israel’s military said.
• Trump warns Iran: President Donald Trump told CNN that the US “of course” supports Israel and called the strikes on Iran overnight “a very successful attack.” Trump warned Iran earlier today to agree to a nuclear deal “before there is nothing left,” suggesting Israel’s next attacks on the country could be “even more brutal.”
• Military leaders killed: Gen. Hossein Salami, the commander-in-chief of Iran’s Revolutionary Guard, was killed in the attack. He was among the country’s most powerful figures. The attack also killed Maj. Gen. Mohammad Bagheri, Iran’s highest-ranking military officer.
• Nuclear targets: Netanyahu said “Operation Rising Lion” struck Iran’s main enrichment facility in Natanz, nuclear scientists, and what he called “the heart of Iran’s ballistic missiles program.” Six nuclear scientists were killed, Iranian state-affiliated Tasnim news agency reported.
