Comments: Reza, I just saw your comment about Trump saying that they spent $8M to make mice transgender. Although he makes so many mistakes in between the lies that is hard to be sure, but I think he was referring to transgenic mice. This has nothing to do with transgender. :) These are simply mice that have been genetically altered for specific experiments. For instance we use transgenic mice that have been altered to form granuloma in their lungs just like humans when they are infected by TB. These mice are used quite regularly in all branches of experimental biology.
